La formaci\u00f3n de jugadores con la que ha asistido el actual campe\u00f3n por equipos de Toledo, NUESTRO AJEDREZ EN EUROPA, ha sido la m\u00e1s joven en promedio de edad de la competici\u00f3n con el objetivo de favorecer el entrenamiento y la experiencia del cuadro de ajedrecistas de la categor\u00eda sub-16. Teniendo la misi\u00f3n de dar partidas en cada una de las rondas a los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os de edad, es l\u00f3gico pensar que el resultado deportivo &nbsp;pasaba a ser algo secundario.
